a) Account Information

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Date of birth and profile picture (optional).
• Sign-in data via Google or Apple (if used).

b) Health & Reproductive Data

• Menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, and flow.
• Basal body temperature and ovulation indicators.
• Pregnancy logs, test results, and fertility notes.
• Mood, sleep, nutrition, and physical activity.

c) Technical Data

• Device type, operating system, and device identifier.
• IP address, language, and timezone settings.
• Usage and error logs (to improve performance).

d) Payment Information

When you subscribe to paid services, payment data is processed through a secure provider (such as Stripe). We do not store your card numbers on our servers.

• Power AI features (smart assistant, symptom analysis).

4. AI Features & Third-Party AI Service

Embrynatal's smart assistant and AI insight features are powered by Google Gemini, a third-party AI service operated by Google LLC. When you use an AI feature, the message you write and the relevant health context from your profile are transmitted to Google Gemini for the sole purpose of generating your response.

What data is sent to the AI service

Depending on the feature you use, the information sent may include:

• Your cycle dates and current cycle phase.
• Mood, sleep, weight, body temperature, and blood pressure.
• Logged symptoms, medications, and vitamins.
• Nutrition preferences and the message you type.

Your consent and control

• We ask for your explicit permission inside the app the first time you use an AI feature. No data is sent to Google Gemini until you agree.
• You can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings → AI data sharing. After withdrawal, no further data is sent to the AI service.
• This data is used only to generate your response. It is not used to serve advertising, and it is not used to train public AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We may share limited data only with:

• AI service provider (Google Gemini, by Google LLC): receives the message you write and the health context described in section 4, only after you consent, and only to generate AI responses.
• Service providers: such as Firebase (authentication and storage), Stripe (payments), and Google Cloud (hosting).
• Legal authorities: when required by an official legal request.
• With your explicit consent: for example, linking your account to your physician or another health app.

All partners are bound by strict agreements requiring them to provide the same or equal protection of your data as set out in this policy.

6. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• We regularly review our security infrastructure.
• In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with international regulations.

7. Your Rights & Controls

Under data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct or update it at any time from your account settings.
• Delete your account and all data from within the app or by contacting us.
• Export your data in a readable format.

Embrynatal is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
