الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتحي تطبيق امبرنتال وسجّلي الدخول.
- انتقلي إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اضغطي على «حذف الحساب».
- أكّدي الحذف. سيتم حذف حسابكِ فورًا.
ملاحظة: عملية الحذف من داخل التطبيق نهائية ولا يمكن التراجع عنها.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا تعذّر عليكِ الوصول للتطبيق، أرسلي طلب حذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني وسنعالجه يدويًا خلال 7 أيام عمل.
اكتبي في البريد:
- عنوان البريد:
طلب حذف حساب(أو Account Deletion Request) - البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابكِ.
- اسم المستخدم أو رقم الهاتف (إن وُجد).
ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟
- معلومات الحساب (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، الصورة).
- سجلات الدورة الشهرية والأعراض ودرجة الحرارة.
- سجلات الحمل والخصوبة وملاحظات اليوميات.
- محادثات المساعد الذكي وسجلّات الاستشارات.
- الطلبات والمدفوعات والاشتراكات.
- الإعدادات والتفضيلات الشخصية.
ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به مؤقتًا؟
- سجلات الفواتير لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية (حسب القوانين السارية، عادةً 5 سنوات).
- نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة تُحذف تلقائيًا خلال 30 يومًا.
- سجلات الأمان لرصد الاحتيال (مجهولة الهوية).
هذه البيانات لا تُستخدم لأي غرض تسويقي أو تحليلي ويتم التخلص منها وفق سياسات الاحتفاظ.
تنبيه قبل الحذف
هذه العملية نهائية! لا يمكن استرجاع البيانات بعد الحذف. يُنصح بتصدير بياناتكِ من إعدادات التطبيق قبل المتابعة.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)
- Open the Embrynatal app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email us and we will process your request manually within 7 business days.
Include in your email:
- Subject:
Account Deletion Request - The email address registered with your account.
- Your username or phone number (if available).
What Will Be Deleted
- Account information (name, email, phone, photo).
- Menstrual cycle, symptoms, and temperature logs.
- Pregnancy, fertility, and journal entries.
- AI assistant conversations and consultation history.
- Orders, payments, and subscriptions.
- Personal preferences and settings.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
- Billing records for legal and accounting purposes (typically 5 years, as required by law).
- Encrypted backups, automatically purged within 30 days.
- Anonymized security logs for fraud prevention.
This data is not used for any marketing or analytics purposes and is disposed of per our retention policies.
Before You Proceed
This action is permanent! Data cannot be recovered after deletion. We recommend exporting your data from the app settings before proceeding.
